The kitchenette was handy, but the room had some crumbs from previous guests.

absolutely horrid experience at Appart'City, the parking was a complete disaster—had to double park and waddle in like a peasant. and the breakfast was as basic as a bad diner, lacking choices for gluten or lactose intolerants, which is sooo 2023. i expected at least a room upgrade for the sheer inconvenience, but no, just couldn't do it.

easy access to parks and charming landmarks within walking distance
I enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious double studio and the friendly staff that made my visit memorable while being just a short walk away from amazing spots like the stunning Cathedrale Ste-Croix and the lovely Promenade Sur Les bords De La Loire, which offered a great place to relax amidst beautiful views.

Excellent value for budget-conscious travelers.
I was extremely frustrated with the lack of air conditioning during a hot summer stay. The fan provided was completely insufficient to keep the room cool, making for a miserable night's sleep. the advertised parking was full, forcing me to search for on-street parking late at night, which felt unsafe.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the convenient location that allowed us to explore nearby attractions like the Place of Martroi. The kids loved the fun atmosphere around there, making it an exciting visit. The kitchen corner was great for quick family meals.
My wife says that the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable during hot nights.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable with a mini kitchen, which was such a great surprise! It had everything needed to keep drinks cold and even cook if we wanted to. Cleanliness was on point, but it felt a tad cramped for two guests in the Twin Studio. Location was also a major plus, just a short walk to the city center!

comfortable stay with minor quirks
The double studio was very clean and modern, equipped with a well-stocked kitchen, which made our stay convenient. I appreciated the dog-friendly policy , allowing us to enjoy our trip with our furry companion. The location was also excellent, near local landmarks and eateries.
The room felt a bit cramped for two guests, especially with the folding bed taking up space.

Pet-friendly with a nice living area and small kitchen that makes it feel homey. Spotless and comfy, and the staff were super helpful. Close to shops and nice sightseeing, though a tad bit far from the train station.
